Meet Kent and Chrystal O’Jon: A Mission to Support Veterans

Kent O’Jon, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Kent O’Jon holds a degree in Social Psychology and a Master’s in Project Management. With over 20 years of experience purchasing, rehabbing, and renting properties across the U.S., Kent has expanded his expertise internationally, making a lasting impact in real estate.

Kent’s deep love for his country inspired him to join the Marine Corps in 1984, where he served 15 years on active duty and as a reservist. He later joined the Air National Guard, serving 6.5 years as a Munitions Technician and Security Forces Augmentee. In 2006, Kent enlisted in the Army and served 11 years as a Military Policeman, completing assignments in Iraq (twice), Afghanistan, and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

Like many veterans, Kent’s military service came with personal challenges, including the toll it took on his marriage and home life. Transitioning into civilian life and retirement was a significant adjustment. Struggling with PTSD, he faced issues such as disrupted sleep, anger, and difficulty processing his experiences.

Today, with the help of therapy, medication, love, and patience, Kent views life through a healthier lens. His journey has inspired him to give back by providing free PTSD therapy, job training through apprenticeship programs, and affordable housing to help fellow veterans lead their best lives.

Chrystal O’Jon, Vice President of Operations & Marketing/Advertising
Chrystal O’Jon brings two decades of experience in banking, property management (REO Division), and marketing and promotions in the entertainment industry. Her expertise is key to building a strong and recognizable brand.

Becoming a military spouse was a transformative experience for Chrystal. Navigating her husband’s PTSD was initially overwhelming, but through family therapy, education, and prayer, she developed the resilience and understanding to support Kent—and to confront her own challenges stemming from childhood trauma.

A Shared Mission
Together, Kent and Chrystal have turned their personal journeys into a powerful mission to serve others. They are dedicated to providing free PTSD care and breaking the cycle of homelessness among military veterans and their families.

Their unwavering commitment is to ensure that veterans and their loved ones receive the support they need to rebuild their lives and thrive.
