This is a specialized position, and your staff should be trained and certified in CPR and first aid. For certain events, you might have a nurse or EMT on duty. For an all-day outdoor festival, your first aid volunteers could be treating scratches or sunburns, and in the event of an emergency they will keep the situation under control and get the necessary help.
Greeters will guide people to seating, band, vendor and staff areas. These volunteers create a welcoming environment and prevent attendees from feeling silly for not knowing where to go next.
These volunteers should be trustworthy and reliable, since they will be handling money.
This person will be directing parking (so you don't have cars wandering up and down looking for the empties), or issuing parking passes.
Covers the entire event, getting pictures of each booth or act as well as the attendees enjoying themselves.

Friendly, welcoming volunteer. He or she should be able to answer basic questions about the event.

Can work on Stage, Vendor, Staff, Green Room, Art Displays and more.
These people will work with PR to ensure info is posted regulatory on all major social media platforms.

Along with Event Producer, Producers Assistant, the Supervisor will make sure the staff is doing what they need to do.
Coordinate with vendor partners to ensure that all necessary paperwork, permits and licenses are completed and filed in a timely fashion. Coordinate, track and collect all vendor payments.
Works with coordinators to assist with scheduling volunteers. Responsible for managing all conflicts relating to volunteers including mediation. .Ensures volunteer recognition. Ensures a safe, clean and friendly environment.
